Is there an onboarding fee?
Yes. Onboarding includes catalog setup, seller landscape analysis, and configuring enforcement to match your priorities, all handled by our team. The fee scales with catalog size and is waived when you pay six months upfront.
Am I too small for Sigil?
Sigil is built for brands actively dealing with unauthorized sellers, and most of our customers have catalogs of 10 or more products on Amazon and Walmart. If you have a smaller catalog and you’re seeing real impact from rogue listings, reach out and we’ll talk through whether it’s a fit.
What if I have a small catalog but a lot of unauthorized sellers?
That’s exactly the kind of situation where Sigil delivers the most value. Catalog size affects pricing, but enforcement intensity is driven by the sellers we find, not the number of products you sell. Schedule a call and we’ll walk through your specific landscape.
How much enforcement is included?
Enforcement runs continuously based on your catalog and priorities. Pricing is not tied to a fixed number of enforcement actions.
How much work is required from my team?
Very little. During setup, you define enforcement rules and priorities. After that, the Sigil team manages enforcement day to day while you retain visibility and control.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Sigil currently supports enforcement on Amazon and Walmart. Additional marketplaces can be discussed based on your needs.
What happens when my catalog changes?
You can change your plan at any time as your catalog grows or shrinks. If you need to swap products in and out of your monitored catalog, that’s a catalog exchange, which requires a new onboarding fee to cover the setup work.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No! Subscriptions are month-to-month with a 30 day cancellation policy.
